Decide whether to replace OpenAI API integrations with open-sourced models or to enhance the UI/UX.

1) enhancing the UI/UX significantly

this means making the video part almost as smooth as youtube, as well as beautifying the UI. I also have 1 more ticket: to refactor a component such that its reused in the home page (mainly the modal for users to enter their OpenAI API key)

2) replacing OpenAI api integrations with huggingface models (open sourced btw)

so far, I used OpenAI for transcription fallback and AI summary. If i am using huggingface to replace OpenAI API, the huggingface integration MUST work for both cases. And this would mean that VNotes will be completely free for users (VNotes is non-revenue generating btw).

Conclusion:

• Decided to go with 1) as there is more leeway.
• Will need to find the areas of improvement for 1.
